If I can give 0 stars I would! Terrance came by recommendation. Once we agreed on a set price and work began, I was met with constant request for tips by him. In addition to the tree trimming and fence removal he was supposed to update my outdated sprinkler system. He gave me a $500 start price for that, and would have "A guy" assess and get started on the job as soon as my fence was done. Well my fence was done I called Terrance he came by twice, and have not been seen since. Nor, has my money been returned. I do not recommend this guy.

On the plus side, Terrence has great people working for him, and they do a good job. However, you will be subject to questionable business processes that involve constant surprised cost increases, once he has your property in a state of disrepair. For example, he tried to charge me $600 for a wireless interface that cost $81 on Amazon, and is a simple plug in. He tried to charge me $2,000 for moving a few sprinklers. He charges labor charges for work, like putting down the SOD, but at the same time doubles the cost of the Sod to account for labor.
