I was pleasantly impressed with this company. Their customer service is exemplary and on pointe. From the contacts that keep you apprised of the expected arrival time, to the automated texts that give you a visual of your technician prior to their arrival. Briton was very informative and enlightened me quite a bit, so you can easily discern that they know their stuff. He broke everything down step by step and answered any remaining questions I had. While evaluating my 20-yr (and then some) a/c system, he noticed a plumbing leak and was able to take care of it ASAP. Our ac went out upstairs and our regular ac guy who services most of our neighborhood was too busy to come out within a reasonable time so we had contacted a company to come out and look. They had recommended replacing the unit or replacing a $500 part which might last a week. We wanted to seek a second quote to replace the ac unit so reached out to Superior Service and Briton Davis was dispatched. We told him the issues we were having so he asked to check the ac. When he checked the unit he said there was no part the other company was trying to charge me $500 to replace and re-connected a few wires and voila it worked!
