Molly Maid cleaners continue to be response to my needs and requests. While I would prefer having the same team each time, it has not been problematic to have different teams. Additionally, the scheduling office is open to feedback when improvements are necessary.
Extremely impressed with their professionalism and being so accommodating! They made the whole process of starting with them really easy! Their office was very clean and welcoming too!
Dee and her team do a fantastic job.The Molly Maids administrative team on the other hand I would give 1 star. They are supposed to call the morning my house cleaning is scheduled with a 2 hour window. I have been with this service for months and they have NEVER called me with a time.I have also asked to have the same team each month. I have to threaten to cancel the service to get the same people back each month.Again, my housekeeper, Dee is definitely fantastic.
