We have used Radco to service our air conditioning unit since we moved here 7 years ago and would never use anyone else. The whole staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. The owner of the company, Rob, is always accessible whenever we have questions. They are prompt if we have a problem with our unit and the workmanship is excellent. I would highly recommend this company because they truly care about their customers and treat them like family.
FIVE CAPITAL “S” STARS! After another company completely misdiagnosed my A/C issue, I called Radco Air Conditioning, Heating & Appliance Service, and I’m so glad I did. Rob and Keith came out, two old-school, master technicians who truly know their craft. They performed a forensic-level diagnosis and quickly discovered the real problem: the electrical board, not the blower motor like I was originally told. These two were not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also personable, professional, and honest—a rare combination these days. If I could give them a 10 stars, it would not be enough. Honest, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. Rob and Keith came out today ASAP as we had a problem with our A/C not working. They thoroughly explained the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. Our A/C is under warranty as we did purchase it from them a couple years ago and were wonderful at honoring it ans solving the problem. Also just wanted to mention the office staff is also great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!
