we came home from vacation and our house was 96°. we called Radco and they came right out and found the problem to be a hole in the coil. Radco argued on my behalf with the manufacturer to honor the warranty, when the new coil came in redco installed the coil and got our air conditioner up and running. 2 Days later the other coil went out, manufacturer did not want to honor complete warranty. Radco argued on my behalf and when the manufacturer would not honor everything Radco stepped in got the coil installed and got my air conditioner up and running. Love them!! Our fan motor on our ac died. They opened up for us on Labor Day to help us out! Even walked me through how to install everything and did a test on the fan while standing there. Will definitely use the. Again for any and all of our ac needs!!! Even found out they take care of appliances too!!! Super grateful for them helping us out!!
I had a refrigerator issue and they were the only ones who actually answered their phone on the weekend. They came out that day, tech was great and knew his stuff. Wnd of the day they fixed the problem and were leas than we originally thought. Great jub!
