My autistic son needed a tooth extracted and this wonderful office was the perfect place for me to bring him!! From the moment we arrived the care we had til the tooth was removed and his teeth were cleaned and X-rays done, the complete staff were amazing!! The care that my family received was just amazing and we appreciated it so much. My son was such at ease with the lovely people that were taking care of him, considering he never had a toothache before, they explained every bit about his directly to him to ease his anxiety. This was my first visit to this practice. All started out great then we had a miscommunication over the price they had quoted me prior to my visit. I ended up storming out because the price they wanted to charge me was not what they had previously quoted me. I recieved a call shortly after from Jo. She apologized for the miscommunication and told me that they/dentist want to make things right and they will stand by what i was previously told. She stated they want to make things right and want me to be a happy customer and future patient. They brought me right back in, the staff and dentist apologized for the confusion.
