We recently refinanced our house and Dan Ernest and his team was able to get us a great interest rate on our loan and an affordable mortgage payment. I highly recommend Fairway and will be using him in the future.
Dan is my Rock of Gibraltar. When there is uncertainty or you have questions, he has answers. Always several steps ahead in the process and is well versed in his craft.
I would liken him to be less of a mortgage lender, and more so a mortgage wizard. Like Gandalf the White using real mortgage magic instead of that pretend stuff in Lord of The Rings. Other mortgage lenders would do good to aspire to be as great as Dan.
This is our second time using his service, ended up turning our REA onto Dan, and at the time of this writing a third customer was in the works as part of an overall deal that Dan will have orchestrated to completion.

Hard work, honest communication, commitment and just overall taking care of us and our needs. Would 100/10 recommend!!Dan and his team worked hard to ensure we got a house we loved, at a price we could afford, and saved us $10,000 in the process!! Choose Fairway, choose peace!!
