Jeff F.I.T.T. has been a life saver for me. My trainer moved away and my daughters friend recommended Jeff. I started with private individual workouts 3 days a week. Then I turned it up a notch and joined his 6 am bootcamp/cross fit class. The 6 am class and time is great. Whatever you are looking to do to get your body AND mind in shape...you MUST give Jeff a call and set up a time to speak with him about getting to better health.
Roy’s program at Jeff FITT provides a comprehensive approach to fitness training. He has knowledge and also flexibility to adjust to any fitness level. As a medical professional, I have witnessed his compassion and understanding in his clients’ needs as he helps them achieve their fitness goals.
Roy's a GREAT trainer! He works you hard, pushes you when you think you can't anymore, but keeps in mind any ailments or limitations you may have and works through them to make you stronger. I highly recommend training at Jeff F.I.T.T Miami Fitness Studio!
