I love the small group classes at Renegade Pilates. Leslie really remembers her clients and knows how to adjust exercises to fit your goals, your body, and any injuries you’re working through. It’s a solid workout at a steady pace, and I’ve seen a big improvement in my posture since starting. Highly recommend.

Ever since I learned that Pilates was originally developed to support people with physical limitations and injuries, I’ve been eager to try it at a legit studio, with a certified instructor who really knows their stuff. I broke my clavicle over two years ago, and heard that building strength and improving alignment through Pilates could help ease some of the lingering discomfort.

I can’t say enough good things about Club Pilates Cutler Bay! Samantha, my instructor, is amazing. She’s super hands-on and really makes sure everyone is moving safely and not putting themselves at risk for injury. You can tell she has a ton of experience, and she really helps you focus on that mind-body connection so you actually feel the exercises working.
What I love most, though, is how kind and welcoming everyone is. It’s such a positive vibe, and it’s made it easy to build real connections with both the instructors and other members. It honestly feels like more than just a workout, it’s a whole community.
