I have now been under the care of Dr. Perkins for more than 18 months. As I stated in a previous review, I was skeptical about this type of therapy that the VA recommended, and I was unsure of the potential benefits it may or may not produce. To my extreme delight, I have got much better despite my misgivings and apprehension. During my last two sessions with Dr. Perkins, she introduced a new type of acupuncture, "Battlefield Acupuncture". I feel very fortunate that my medical team referred me to Dr Perkins for pain management. I suffer from chronic low back, hip & sciatica pain (for years) and was interested in alternative therapy. Wow! I love the care I've received here. It really is working. Dr Perkins is personable, thorough & very skilled in acupuncture & naturopathic medicine. She & her assistance Sam are my new favorite people!
