Monarch Homes built our custom home in 2019. We had many add ons and special requests. We used one of their plans and made several changes to it. They accommodated it all. We chose our own light and fan fixtures and they installed them for us. They have a great design team that helped us choose colors and decor. We couldn’t be more pleased in their help, communication, quality workmanship and all over great business practices. We Adore our new home! Our new home was built by Monarch in 2017 and we are completely satisfied with the outcome and the professionalism of owner Brian, construction manager John, project manager Heidi and all team members, including Kelly and Becky. We cannot thank Heidi enough for guiding us through the building process from start to finish. She was very patient, answering our many questions and giving constructive input on design, colors, painting, fixtures etc.John was hands-on and always there to answer questions and provide solutions.Thanks to Brian and his dedicated team, we are truly satisfied homeowners.Services: Tile work installation
Monarch Homes built my house in Jan 2016. I customize my kitchen and changed a few things in my Master Bath. I was also building this house from out of State. Monarch was outstanding with all of my changes and the line of communication were extremely good.
