Where do I even begin?! My best friend and I just returned from the most incredible girls trip at the Westin Sarasota, and I cannot say enough amazing things about this property and its staff.
First and foremost, a HUGE shoutout to Marcia, the Guest Services Manager. Marcia went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of from the moment we arrived. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness truly set the tone for our entire stay. She is the definition of exceptional hospitality!

STAYED HERE OVER CHRISTMAS VACATION. EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL WAS GREAT EXCEPT FOR THIS NASTY YOUNG BARTENDER AT THE UPSTAIRS BAR. SHE GOT EVERY ORDER WRONG, SHE FOUGHT WITH OTHER PATRONS, SHE YELLED AT ME WHEN I SAID HELLO. I HOPE THEY'VE MOVED ON FROM HER. OTHER THEN THAT STAY WAS GREAT.

Room was bright and clean. Bed was wonderfully comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar were great! The view was wonderful to watch sunsets! Had a nice lobby bar, also. They offer a shuttle to get you around to shops and restaurants.
