Wonderful people! Dr.Fabiani takes care of our whole family! He is the best dentist, very caring and he takes alot of pride in his work! I would highly recommend Dr.Fabiani and the staff at Sarasota Dental group. Office staff is great and Krystal is an amazing hygienist!

My long term Dentist just retired, a good friend referred me to Dr. Fabiani and Dr. Karp. What a fantastic staff, they were very welcoming, thorough, and reasonably priced. What a great Dental Group! I just had my first cleaning done by Georgette today... WOW my teeth are like brand new!! Thank you!!

This practice is by far the best dental practice I've ever been to! They are extremely responsive, professional, no trying to upcharge and their hygienists are all wonderful!
Dr. Fabiani and Dr. Karp are straight up, solid professionals in a world of mediocrity and over zealous chain stores.
I can't say enough about this practice!

After being a patient here for many years, they no longer take our dental insurance. We had to pay upfront, but they did send the bill to Delta Dental to reimburse us. The charges were almost double the allowed amount for cleaning and x-rays. Also very disappointed in the fit of retainer and night guard. It kept moving and shifting my teeth every night, causing my bite to be off and headaches every morning. After going back for adjustments a few times, I returned the nightguard. They did give me a partial refund of about 44% of the original cost, but its not enough to get another one and I can't submit another nightguard claim for 5 years. I understand that they don't feel properly compensated by the insurance, but we also have to do what is best for us and our finances. We had to find another dentist.

Dr. Karp did a great job on my crown. It was a relatively painless experience and he even called to check on me over the weekend, when I knocked the temporary off. He even finished the permanent crown sooner than anticipated! He is pleasant, kind,patient and is a great listener!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Like many people, I was nervous walking in, but Dr. Fabiani and the entire team immediately put me at ease. They were kind, supportive, and never once made me feel self-conscious about my teeth. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable every step of the way, and I left with a completely transformed smile that I’m truly proud of. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. For the first time in my life, I’m actually looking forward to my next dental visit!
