All I can say is WOW. And I have found my studio. I signed up for Stephanie’s Hatha class and was blown away by her instruction and hands-on guidance. Popular class—the room was full. Get there early. Liana is also a wonderful instructor. Love those ladies so much. Best yoga studio in the area.

Rosemary Court was so accommodating to my family and I as we, very last minute, signed up for a class to celebrate my grandmother on her 75th birthday. The owner was so patient and kind helping us to navigate class sign up. The class itself was wonderful. Rebecca, the instructor, has such great energy and does such a great job of helping you learn or perfect a pose in a gentle way. If I lived in Sarasota I would be back every week!!

Best in sarasota!! You won't find teachers like this at many other studios. You not only get an asana practice, but often little lessons on anatomy or yoga philosophy are integrated to make the practice truly unique and beautiful. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed a challenging hatha yoga class with Jamie, who was loving and encouraging and especially considerate to everyone. The studio is quite warm (not "hot yoga", but warm since it's Florida) and the room was pretty packed, but well worth the $14 drop-in fee. The 90-minute class lasted a bit longer and I felt great afterwards. Why not 5 stars? The studio's location is between a Salvation Army shelter and Planned Parenthood. Large number of homeless people on one side (not bothering anyone but the sheer number was a little intimidating) and on the other, very aggressive picketers who have nothing to do all day but harass people who are trying to get to Planned Parenthood. It's a shame the police allows this. I drove a bit too far past the studio and the picketers approached my car - not good. The studio does have a private parking lot. Overall aside from the location, the studio is the most authentic yoga place I've been in a very long time. Loved it.

I am so happy I took Jamie's hatha yoga class here. She was encouraging and so friendly but did not over-talk. Perfect balance. The class was challenging but not painfully so. I loved the class and will definitely sign up again next time I am in Sarasota. Why not 5 stars? The studio is between the Salvation Army and Planned Parenthood. A large number of homeless people were hanging out in front of the Salvation Army on one side, and on the other, intimidating and aggressive picketers who have nothing better to do than harass people were in front of Planned Parenthood. A bit disconcerting, but the yoga studio does have a parking lot so I wasn't concerned about my car or safety.
