From the estimate to finish… They communicated with me every step of the way they assigned their “” Amish crew” Phil And his crew worked nonstop and cleaned up Behind themselves every day! I am very grateful and appreciative that I was able to get my Roof replaced by such a good company!

Jason Stone is awesome, he coordinated the re-roofing for both of my houses (primary and rental) and made sure everything went smoothly. The black vents he recommended definitely looks better than the grey. We've had the new rooves for over 6 months now and everything has been perfect. The new skylights are amazing, before any rain would drown out the TV, now you can't even hear it. The tint is a bit strong though so they don't let in as much light, but it's worth the tradeoff.

Poor communication, workers trash your yard, they create leaks that you didn’t have previous to the new roof. Stay away!!!

I cannot recommend Red Dog Roofing based on my experience with Scott, the general manager. When questions came up about the work performed by his crew, Scott was unwilling to provide clear or honest information. Instead of being upfront and transparent, he chose to withhold details that any customer would reasonably expect when investing in a major project like roofing.
Most companies are willing to help you when concerns arise, but Red Dog Roofing seemed to only care about the fine print in a contract—not whether your roofing needs were actually fulfilled. That kind of approach leaves the customer at a disadvantage and shows where their priorities really lie.
If you value doing business with people you can trust to have your best interests in mind, I would strongly encourage you to consider a different roofing company. A roof is one of the most important parts of your home, and you deserve a contractor that communicates openly and operates with integrity—qualities I did not find here.
