I had requested you come out to inspect our attic as neighbors told me they had seen rats in the property behind us. Your Field technicians Cain told me the attic was infested, gave a verbal quote of $3,500 plus $5,000 for subsequent clean up. Despite asking 2 times, he never emailed us a written quote, once we told him we were getting another price . We then got a quote from Native Pest Control; they indicated the problem was relatively minor and their quote was much less and they were very professional. Others gave Palm Coast good reviews; perhaps I just got the wrong guy ...

Called for an estimate and Glenn came out the same day, he was such a nice guy I just went ahead and booked the service. He fixed the problem and we will be calling him again if we have any further issues. He was very kind and friendly to my kids and dog.

I have been a customer for about a year now and couldn't be happier with the service. Most recently, I had the pleasure of meeting Glenn who came out to give me a quote on my new home for preventative pest control. His work was done with passion and precision. He did not cut corners and went above and beyond, something you don't see these days. He went as far as removing a screen in my bedroom in order to get to a wasps nest. He also mentioned that if he had his hedge clippers he would've helped to trim a tree branch that he suspected was bringing in ants. He is a huge asset to the company and deserves great recognition. Aside from that, the ladies who answer the phone (specially Danielle but others as well) are always helpful and pleasant to work with!
