I had the most amazing experience at Outer Image Spa getting my brows done with permanent makeup. I went from very little brows to beautiful and artistic brows that enhances my face, the compliments have been pouring in from friends and family. I have been going to Outer Image for years and it is the one appt I look forward to each month!! Love the facials and have also done the permanent make-up which I have been very happy with. Shelley does a great job of understanding what your skin needs and making sure you are relaxed through the process!
