So far, I'm not so satisfied. I don't know why I left my old practice, but I was told great things.She is good. ButThere's always a rush or they're behind.She doesn't state that she's finished from a certain standpoint, someone else will be taking over. She just leaves the room? NO, "nice seeing you my hygenist will take it from here". She gets up & walks out. No explaination. You call the office, leave messages & never a return call. You call in the morning, no one picks up.Still fairly new practice, and staff is always changing. I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist as I do with Dr Conrad and her staff. They are true perfectionist, go over and above, and very professional. Their office setting is so relaxing. I love going to my dentist. Can't say enough good things about them.
