Andy Mastos took our deposit of $2,000 down payment to replace our AC and we have not seen him for 2 weeks and 2 days. We can sometimes catch him by phone but he has numerous excuses why he can't talk right now and NEVER returns calls ever. When I demanded our money back, he claimed his bank has not released funds, still after 2 weeks+. His claims don't mesh with the fact that my bank cleared the check the day I wrote it to him. This may be fraud because he has not dropped any tools, replacement equipment or employees and has missed promised start dates 3 times with no calls to us. We wait, no Mastos Air. No nothing except missing money. Yay, he paid 3/4s of what he owed me 3/4s of a month later.
