Lee and Lisa were amazing to work with! My husband worked with Lee for a while over the phone (from Virginia) before actually purchasing a property and Lee was extremely helpful and patient in that process. Once purchase time came, Lee was able to negotiate a great deal for us. Lisa provided additional support all along the way. We would highly recommend their services!

Lee and Lisa were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were super responsive and helpful without being pushy or aggressive. From the real estate search all the way through closing, they were extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure we found the right property and navigated the process extremely smoothly. Lee and Lisa are a phenomenal team. We used their services when we recently bought a condo in Sarasota. The condo went on the market and within less than 24 hours there were five offers. Due to Lee’s exceptional skills and knowledge of the Sarasota market we were able to outbid the other offers and close in 30 days. And did I mention this was all done long distance? Lee always returns calls and texts in a timely fashion and is never too busy to follow up with even the dumbest of questions. He is a great source of information and easy to work with.
