Some of the reviews on here are unreal! I don't believe the place is outdated. I think it's CLASSIC!! The vibe takes me back to a time when things were more simple and enjoyable. Angelo is nothing short of amazing, as well as the rest of the staff. I'm 33, and this place isn't just for the older generation. I highly suggest going here :-) I'll only go to Angelo for coloring my hair.

First visit to this salon and WOW! AMAZING!Backstory is my 90 year old mother has been going to a "small town" salon in Nokomis to have her hair done for several years after her stylist in Venice retired. They could never get her color right (salt & pepper)I moved here about 2 years ago and have spent the last year or so doing the communicating with them to get the situation corrected, they just couldn't get it right. I found Hair Color Center on line and called for a consultation. I went in with 0 expectations wanting to color my hair purple. June went through the painstaking process of bleaching and then coloring and it turned out amazing. Thank you June for the journey. This is the best hair place.
