Frank, the physical therapist, was able to detect the problem and will give me the routine to alleviate the sciatica.
Following the routine every day helps with my problem.

I feel lucky that I was referred by a friend to the Fyzical downtown office. My friend also recommended I work with Brandon Leevy. This past winter and spring (2026) I had two sessions a week with Brandon focusing on my walking properly, my arthritic knee, my ability to climb stairs, and my balance. I was impressed with how clearly he explained why we did every exercise. He also used a variety of equipment which kept things interesting.
