I recently had a deep tissue massage at Flow with Lindsey and it was, in a word, fantastic. I have been getting massages for many years and to date this ranks as one of the best. Whether you need more specific lymphatic drainage work (owner Samantha Haynes is best in class in this category) deep tissue or a relaxing treatment, Flow Massage and Wellness has it all covered in a very tranquil environment.

The best spa in Sarasota - Renee is incredible! I had the best reiki session with Renee. She is truly gifted. She got me to fully relax and let go during our session and I found so much clarity and answers to what i was currently going through at the time. If you need reiki in Sarasota be sure to see Renee!
