The guys came an hour early. They didn’t let us inspect their work. They removed the toilet without telling us or explaining they wouldn’t reinstall it. The just said we would have hire a plumber. They promised very small molding to cover areas between the floor molding and the new floor. They instead installed cheap & thick 1/4 round. They also refused to finish a small and visible molding. They said it was good enough.I would not recommend these folks because of their unprofessionalism throughout the process.Service: Install flooring

We had Floor Interior Services install 3 rooms of carpeting. One of the installers used our bathroom without asking and after they left, I found my mirror, sink counter and my ledge above my sink had water all over. And I had put my diamond earrings behind the clock on the ledge so you couldn't see them. GONE. I called this company right away and the manager said " we don't hire THUGS" I have filed a Sherrifs report, also a BBB report. Do not hire a company like this.

1. I supplied all materials I was told I had to purchase and had them available along with a large tarp to protect my counters! Only half the materials were used and the tarp was NOT touched. He didn't even open the spacers?! My kitchen is an unbelievable mess!2. There is grout & adhesive all over my appliances, new countertops, and newly painted cabinets. 3. When the installer moved the oven, he scratched my new flooring. 4. I personally inspected & sealed every sheet of tiles and placed them in the kitchen for installer. Not one tile was broken at the beginning of the install. Now that the install is completed there are several broken tiles.5. The grouting looks terrible...read full review
