They are wonderful! I have both air and plumbing.Have had them nearly 25 years. I am grateful to have found them. My mother had them and she recommended them to me. She had had them a lot longer!
We would not use any other service. They have serviced 4 of our homes.. and never have had any problems.. I count on them to stay on top of everything! Before Custom Air we were having problems with clogged lines.! Not something you want to deal with during the summer.! Never had a problem after were switched to Custom Air!!! Also loved the updated house clean air filter…. ! The air is always fresh ! Thank you for all you do!
The technician from Custom Air and Plumbing did a thorough checking of my air conditioning system. He was very professional, explaining what he was doing and answering my questions. Even though I told him that the inside filter had recently been installed he checked it and corrected the installation. I was very pleased with his service and the way he spoke to me.
