Cathy's knowledge of healthy yoga, proper alignment, appropriate modifications and beneficial use of props (which area available in the studio) have had a very positive impact on my personal health and yoga practice. Cannot recommend her studio and classes highly enough!

Cathy is a living example of what she teaches. Her knowledge is broad and deep yet she's easy to follow in class and very approachable. She teaches to many levels of students all in one class which is quite an art!

Cathy Daly brings a wealth of experience to her classes for beginners and more advanced yogis. I never have a problem recommending Alive with Yoga to anyone. The studio is also a beautiful and tranquil space.
