I had my first visit at Lake Forest Family Dentistry and was genuinely touched by how kind and accommodating everyone was—especially Erin and Nanette. I unexpectedly had to bring my toddler along, and they didn’t hesitate to make us both feel welcome.
They were warm, helpful, and reassuring throughout the process. Karla, my hygienist, gave me what was hands down the most gentle and thorough cleaning I’ve ever had. So happy to get an appointment today! The front staff, greeted me and acknowledged a small wait. The hygienist Carla came out and let me know she was almost ready! And apologized, I was just glad to get to see the dentist and everyone! I would definitely recommend this dental office, Dentist and staff to my friends and family! Thank you all :) ?
