To keep it simple - If you are looking for Classical/Authentic Yoga principles, this is the place you want to study. All of their instructors are effective and thorough in philosophy and in practice, even in the most basic courses. They are all coming from the perception of the heart, not the mind as they all practice what they teach.

Amrit Yoga Institute is a phenomenal gathering of wonderful teachings. I have been lucky enough to take the Yoga Nidra training as well as the Yoga Therapy training.The teachings and work are authentic, innovative, and transformational.
