Called two hours before my appt I scheduled a week ahead of time to cancel because they only have one person working on weekends and apparently everyone out is on vacation or sick. Was going to be my first time. Awful first impression. Clearly understaffed.

I had the absolute best experience for my first time ever getting waxed and pregnant at that 😭 lol. I've read so many things about sugar waxing compared to hot oil wax, I'm so happy I went with this choice. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and reassured even though I was an absolute nervous wreck, the staff is so sweet and they have a beautiful waiting room along with complimentary drinks and candies. Big shout out to my waxer Si for walking me through the process, checking in on me throughout the entire thing and making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be returning after I give birth

Came in a hour before they closed when they don’t close until 9 and the girl in the front is like oh everyone is gone I’m cleaning up and I’ve never seen this happen like reasonably wanting a simple quick wax this industry is becoming more and more lazy I don’t know if it’s management or just staff but that’s ridiculous when the website clearly says 9pm and it’s 8pm saying you closed almost two hours ago from 730 all because one client canceled

The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating me a walk in appointment. SI IS THE BOMB. She was very nice and kept checking on me. Sugaring does not hurt AT ALL there’s also no heat. If you’re looking for a wax please don’t hesitate to go here

always on perfect timing all staff are extremely polite and make you feel your beautiful self they are very clean & have reasonable prices it’s very quite & relaxing you mostly hear the music while enjoying your session they do same day scheduling most times if you call they are open pretty late which is very convenient 😎

Had a lash lift and tint done by Si and it was great. She explained the process as she went and made sure I was comfortable. Very happy with the results.

This place is very unprofessional and will just take your money with no consideration of quality or customer satisfaction.
I purchased two laser packages from them- one in July and another in August of last year. Both come with six sessions/credits. I noticed in my first session that they were using they were using the Alexandrite setting, and that setting is notorious for burning people with skin darker than a light tan (Fitzpatrick I-III). They should have been using the Nd:YAG to prevent this. I am black and can ONLY use the Nd:YAG safely.
My second session was canceled because the laser tech quit that same day and they did not inform me until I was already there. They said they would not use any credits and not charge me for my chin (I was paying session to session for this) in my next appointment for the inconvenience. Next (official second) session I ask about the settings and they say they can't figure out how to change it, but they will get someone to fix it by my next session. Fine.
Third session rolls around and I ask again about the setting. They say it's fixed. The session ends and I noticed they were using the Alexandrite setting. The drive home was so uncomfortable because it felt like an intense heat was trapped in my skin. This sensation lasted the rest of the day. The next day I notice I have two burns on the area!! I call and submit evidence via email and they say they will prorate my refund. I was supposed to get back $500 out of $600 and $375 out of $450 (plus $50 for my chin). I only got $200 and $50 respectively. I call and call. They either don't answer or say they're working on it. The burn happened in November. It's February and still no refund in sight. I just want my damn money back. How hard is it to issue a refund?? If you could please answer my emails or call me back about when my refund will be issued that would be great!!
