SCAM. They took 8 hours to give me the ugliest box braids I have ever had, then had the AUDACITY to charge me $200, when the stated price is $150. When i complained, owner fabricated some lie about how the braids only start at $150. When i asked her what made them increase in price she had no answer.
Save your money and have rats braid your hair. they’d be faster…and cheaper.
If I could I would have given a review of negative 5 stars. Not only was my friend not tended to, but the stylist was over an hour late to her appointment. She arrived almost twenty minutes after we had already departed and decided that then would be a good time to call. She said that if we turned around mid drive that she would complete my friends hair (only after it was suggested by my friend). I am shocked at how unprofessional my experience was. I used to come here frequently years ago before they opened this new location. I showed up for my appointment and they didn't even know why I was there! The stylist wasn’t even there! I sat in the lobby for 43 minutes before I was of told the situation. I drove over there for nothing. With $5 a gallon gas prices. WASTE
