My mom’s bathroom toilet was overflowing as a result of a sewer line issue. I called Samford, and they were immediately on it. The technician went straight to my mom’s house (even though it’s a few days before Christmas and most plumbers weren’t answering the phones), and he found and repaired the problem in no time. I’m truly grateful. I will definitely use them in the future.Service: Drain cleaning

My first encounter with Samford plumbing was I had a leaky return pipe and it was not obvious where that leak was. He found it and fixed it. Second encounter was my shower drain was not draining. The problem turned out to be outside. Roots had infiltrated my outside drain pipe. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Third encounter was my water pipe under pressure cracked due to freezing temperature. It started to leak in my attic. He quickly arrived on the scene, got the main valve turned off and and quickly found and fixed the pipe in my attic that had sprung a leak. Always competent. Every job well done!

Called Samford Plumbing on 8/24/15, early that morning explaining that I had a leaking water line in the bathroom and needed some assistance. I explained that I worked in Tallahassee so I would need to know ahead of time when he would be heading to my address. He was very professional. He called an hour before to let me know that he would be at my house at 1:30p.m and believe me he was there. He fixed the leak an helped me with an additional problem I had. All in all Great Service!!
