We just had our bathroom remodeled and it went from our most hated space to our definite favorite! All the work was done in a timely manner thanks to Tracy and the girls in the office from Patricia who made the original design to Lisa, Ayde, and the rest, who helped us pick out matching tile, made suggestions, and kept the project moving. We have shown the transformation to friends and family and they are truly impressed. Thanks to ALL of you!
We are so thrilled with the porcelain tile we purchased for our lanai from Jay’s floors! From the start, Renee, who worked with us to select the perfect tile, to Scott who came to the house for measurements and advice and estimating; to Lisa who scheduled and went way out of her way to personally deliver the slightly delayed grout to our home so the job could be completed! The installers David and Gabby worked for perfection. Kudos to all I have personally mentioned and the other staff at Jay’s who all pitched in with guidance!
