I have been trying to get into contact with billing from friends of bats for over a MONTH, calling multiple times every week. I get the same response saying that billing will give me a call back. BUT I GET NO ANSWER. This is highly unprofessional and on top of a lack of responsiveness, friends of bats did not solve my bat issue. I was told by another bat company, Trapper John, that there is a colony of 5-10,000 bats under my roof tiles that Friends of Bats thought merely throwing up a net would fix.Do not do business with this company.Service: Bat extermination
