I called this company yesterday afternoon because their sticker was on our air handler. Our AC wasn’t turning on and the thermostat was showing some strange reading. Supposed to be a 90+ degree weekend, so I was hoping they had availability later in the day. Nothing available and weekend calls were fairly pricey (same with all HVAC, plumbers, etc). The gentleman on the phone was nice enough to walk me through some troubleshooting for the thermostat… which ended up working! We’ll definitely be reaching out for their services in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about American Air Cares! They quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC and had everything repaired within three days. They also went the extra mile to get the replacement part covered under warranty, which we truly appreciated. Great communication, honest service, and fast turnaround. We’re very thankful!
