All we needed was to change the handle and shower head in our master bath, simple right? Apparently not. Our home was built in 1990 and used a Delta product that they no longer made. After calling several plumbers and never receiving a call back, I went with the first person who was licensed and came out. He directed me to a plumbing supply store in town for pricey parts and when they finally arrived he wouldn't return my calls to install them. Finding a new plumber was not easy, but Bobby returned my call after the first try and told me that I had been given bad information.
