Lynette was wonderful from the time I just walked in and left very professional yet kind. She did an amazing job in my opinion on my hair and I am kinda picky so I highly recommend her and the salon.

Hair type: My hair is a dark blonde but I color it to a lighter blonde. It was a dry, frizzy, with split ends I couldn't get it to grow pass my shoulders. So I decided to get a pixie that was easy to take care of.

I really like Shernett, I originally came in after spending over $300 at Penny's just to have my hair totally burnt, falling out. She explained the chemistry of what happened. Took us a bit but she got my hair looking great. I don't think most people realize after retiring from Ulta that they are paid a base low rate and rely on cash tipping to make ends meet. I gladly do at 50% why because she does a great job, educates you on proper products that your hair may need and performs an outstanding job. It's hard to find a good stylist and when I do I make sure she knows it verbally and gratuity. I call her my hair guru because she knows all.
