All we can say is WOW! Patti Scheid is reliable, trustworthy, energetic and gets the job done! In February, 2021 we were in Florida for a short stay and had plans to network with realtors to sell our rental home in Punta Gorda. Well we never bothered to meet with any other realtors after we met Patti Scheid at Century 21 Aztec & Associates. We knew from her high energy, knowledge, understanding how to work remotely from our home in Massachusetts, and expert experience that she was going to be our realtor. In June, 2021, we were back in Massachusetts, and Patti made what we thought was going to be a stressful endeavor as easy as 1, 2, 3! Patti put the house on the market July 22 and had a pending offer July 26! Patti kept us informed daily and guided us expertly on market conditions and the three offers received. She handled pretty much all of the scheduling of minor repairs on the house based on the inspection report and worked expertly with our departing tenants. She met the repair workers and kept us posted daily as well as the buyer's realtor. We have been absolutely bowled over by Patti's performance...it was sincerely beyond anything we've ever experienced. She is truly a hard worker.
