Charles was the most patient easy-going person to work with his workers are amazing and did a beautiful job for my bathroom counter. He had the best slab and exactly what I was looking for. I can’t wait to do another project with him!!

We worked with IMAC Design and Stone for our remodel in Bay Colony and they did incredible work. We had several waterfall edges and one bar area with backlighting that was fairly complex. They took the time to meet with the lighting company before the install to make sure everyone was on the same page. Pablo and Carlos were our installers and they are an amazing team. They took their time to be very careful and respectful of our home during the installation process. The best part about working with IMAC was dealing directly with Charles the owner. I could call or text if we had questions and get direct responses from him within minutes. I would highly recommend IMAC and would use them again on any future projects.

The owners, Charles and Christina, are very friendly in their showroom, but that's sadly all I can say before the professionalism drops. Immediately after receiving their down payment, they vanish - they lack communication, follow-through, and courtesy. You have to hunt them down to find the status of your project, they never show up to the job site, they disappear. Their hard workers are the only people you see. They're always late, they never show up when you reach out to find out when. When the job IS done, they don't reach out to find out how it went. They simply don't care. They got their money. This is not how to run a business. They've lost my future business, they've lost my recommendation, and now they lost one more referral. I'd go somewhere else.

I have worked with IMAC for about 6 years now. I am a custom kitchen and bathroom builder with very high expectations and I have not used any other company other than IMAC for all my jobs. I've used them in my own home as well. I get quick responses for design and quotes as well as installation. Their pricing is excellent for the high quality of work they do. I would recommend any homeowner or builder to use IMAC for all their stone and countertops needs!!!

What a fantastic company! I just had my kitchen redone. It is a decent size and the entire project took about a month. I had cabinets done by a separate company but this granite company for the countertops was amazing! The owner Charles is always a phone call or a text away! It took a little longer the I anticipated but it was well worth the wait. I chose quartz and the wait was for fabrication (only an extra week). The gentleman who installed the tops Pablo and Carlos showed up as scheduled, very polite and precise with measurements. Not to mention patience since I had a lot of questions and three dogs while they worked. I didn’t know that I had to mount the dishwasher into the quartz countertop so I called Charles and the men came back out the very next day to mount my washer. They are the best. The entire installation with backsplash took only one day! With little to no mess! I am going to add an island to the kitchen in a couple months and I will definitely be using this company! The communication is great! The workers and amazing! Thank you so much!
