I was recommended to F&S Carpet Cleaning by Toni from Busy Bee Pressure Cleaning who I have known for about 25 years. I have a large home in Coral Springs and not only did I need my carpets cleaned but I needed the grout cleaned on an extensive amount of porcelain tile, which was not cleaned in several years. Chris and Anthony did the work and the results were WOW beyond belief. They are true experts in their field extremely professional and efficient. Basically, they restored my porcelain tile floor to its original appearance. Don't bother with a quote if you are interested in quality work from true professionals, just hire F&S Carpet Cleaning!

I called a couple of carpet cleaners to get quotes; one never called back, the other was so rude I decided to keep looking.Found F&S, called and got the owner, Chris, who was so helpful and informative (no sales talk) that I decided to go with him even though the price was higher. He uses the most expensive, green treatments and equipment and it shows.He convinced my to try his truck-mounted HWE (hot water extraction) method with his rotary machine and wand for tight spots and extra treatment rather than the old way I was having cleaning done with a bonnet machine.
