I received the best service I have had in a very long time. As my problem was thankfully not a huge one. The guidance and knowledge to fix it was properly relayed saving us money in the end. Thank you for all you have done and it’s a breath of fresh air people like you exist!
I called regarding my ceiling fan not working properly.Rather than immediately setting up an appointment, Lance asked questions about what had happened. Aftermy explanation, he walked me through the steps that fixed my fan. I asked him to send me a bill and hesaid there was no need.Burley's is now the electric repair company I will be using for all future needs. Thank you Lance.
