I always have such a wonderful experience when I get my haircut with Shannon at The Pretty Swan Salon Suites, she really goes out of her way to give you very personal service and she does a great job on my hair as well. I have gone to Shannon now for 3 years and that says all you really need to know about her techniques and customer service.
