My Father, a Korean War Veteran, died this past summer. Fortunately, for us ... Dad had signed up with Neptune! What a beautiful gift to his children especially where none of us live in the state he was deceased in. From my first call, Joao provided me with what needed to be done ... step by step. He also arranged the Military Tribute Service at South Florida Veterans Cemetery. I am so impressed that we are seriously considering Neptune for our arrangements. My mom just recently passed away. She had made her arrangements about 12 years ago with Neptune Society. The hospice nurse called them and they were there in an hour. Meantime they had called me and told me that they were taken care of everything. They made sure I was alright and took me step by step with the process. They are very caring people and after 2 months they still reach out to see how I'm doing and if I need anything.
Lynn Reakes made this process so easy and fast for me. I pre planned my cremation with her and now I have more peace of mind knowing this is something my daughter won’t have to deal with. Lynn was so upbeat and lovely and I never felt any pressure from her to do anything. I highly recommend Lynn and the Neptune Society!
