Unprofessional took my money and never answer the phone anymore I never got my tax refund! Only after I use a different company I got it! I definitely would not recommend on this company!! I want my $265 back!

NO STARS. Have to pay 25$ via PayPal just to make an appt. Very unprofessional. I made an appt for 3:30 ..arrived at 3:00. They tell you to be there 15 minutes early. A man greeted me and handed me a clip board and walked away...I then waited over an hour..there was no one to help. I had to walk down a long hallway just to find the guy who was watching Netflix on a laptop and when I questioned why I was told to be early when it's already 40 minutes past my appt time he responded "she's running behind". I rescheduled...spoke to another man told him I would be 15 minutes late due to traffic he said ok...I get there 10 minutes later and they are gone... read full review
