When I signed up with them, they insisted I give them a review immediately which I did. Now after using them for several months, I'm changing my review from five stars to two stars.
It seems regardless of my approach, whether by app, website, text, or email they are unable to replace buttons. I have made multiple requests on one particular shirt and they cannot seem to be able to use their own messaging system.
My last attempt was a phone call to speak with the owner who never returned my call. I conclude that, regardless of what they may say, they do not care about my business.
I do All my dry cleaning and new zipper repairs on all my jackets always good quality work . Ms Dale always so attentive and full of smiles always nice to see her at the Plant City Location.
This review is to recognize Ms. Dale for her outstanding service and courteous attention. Prices have gone up and although I am not happy about that and have considered other cleaners she keeps me coming back. When I moved to Tampa I lived in Seffner and started using what was then Magic Touch Cleaners in Seffner. It did not take long before I stopped. They are now Sage Cleaners and I started using them in Plant City. If you also want great service that is where you need to go and see Ms. Dale.
