Noelia is amazing! I showed her a picture of my hair color inspiration and she was very wise when explaining what would work for me. She nails it every time. She was professional, chatty and talked me through her thoughts and ideas. I would 100% recommend her and her services because she is the best!!!

WARNING ??️??️ Noelia is a very abusive woman. She starts to talk to someone to find out what you or your husband do for work. And so I'm going to start CHARGING you... Ami, the first time he charged me the normal amount but after my Saco talks, forget about an exaggerated price. Like it was in a rich place, hello it's plant city... Be very careful with what you tell him. VERY ABUSIVE
