Hello to all, I am a retired VET, I thought spending 22+ years in the military, I had the best treatment ever. Not true, this Medical Specialist facelity was just outstanding, clean and orderly. From the second my wife and I walked in, until the minute we left. Not only were all staff members so nice, kind and helpful, everyone that was there to see Doctors were so nice, smiling to be there and feeling happy...no it wasn't the drugs or the medications, it was real. My Urologist Dr. Farhi was so nice, very understanding, and oh my gash, he explained everything to my wife & I. We left saying, "are you kidding me"? Today was my first visit with Dr Shaub in Crestview and impressed. The man has energy and focus. He set out a short term plan of action for my condition and I'm gonna do it...refreshing to see a doctor with energy, passion and focus.

Building is great, friendly staff. Only downside is I was assigned a doctor 6 years ago, never met the actual doctor. (A doctor recommended by my gastro) Then was informed of him switching locations and was assigned a new doctor without being able to stay with previous doctor. Still have yet to meet him 3 years after being a patient.Past 6 years I have seen 4 different practitioners. Currently being bounced between two.Overall experience is like an urgent care but with proper documentation for past visits.
