My mom is apart of this home care and an individual named Betty treated her multiple times like a child. She’s yelling at my mom through the phone. My mom has asked her multiple time how she needs to cancel because I have work and finally want to spend time with her outside of the house and when she calls to cancel Betty gets upset with her but it’s not her fault when she needs help with her phone to call others or text others. We can’t bring the providers with us all the way into the foley outlets. Half of the providers don’t show up and my mom never complains. I agree with the majority of the 2 reviews not the single positive review. After the initial visit from the RN/Community Liaison came in to assess the needs she informed me they would contact me to what availability they had to fit the available times I would need. That did not happen. Weeks later they didn’t call and out of the blue a young lady rang my doorbell from the company when I was about to leave the house so I refused the service since no one contacted me in advance. I called the company and spoke to the scheduler which had made a schedule for 3 weeks in advance and did not contact me to their availability to see if those time would work for me. We have been using Synergy HomeCare for the past month and are very pleased. The staff has been extremely helpful and professional, always responding to our requests quickly and with care.In fairness, the comment made by another is inappropriate as it is a misrepresentation of the company "Synergy HomeCare". This company does not provide PT or OT or any other medical service.
