Spanish Trail Veterinary Hospital: Lovell Eric J DVM

I boarded my two dogs there over the holidays. When I came back to get them one of the dogs collar was missing. They never refunded me for it. Then two days after they left the boarding facility they came down with kennel cough. They charged me 44$ for the medication and said that I had signed a waver for the kennel cough before boarding them. They had both had the vaccine before boarding. I asked for a refund for my dogs collar they said they were doing me a favor by giving me a discount on the medication. I’ll never use them again for anything.

I want to thank the Spanish Trial Vet office for boarding our 2 pitbulls when we evacuated New Orleans for Ida. We had a place to go in Destin but most places would not take 2 large breed dogs and/or pitbulls. Everyone here was so friendly and compassionate. It was a comfort to know our dogs were safe and well taken care of. It's also a relief to know we have some place to take them again if we have to evacuate. Thank you again for your help!

These guys are the best; not only is everything clean and inviting, it is clear they love and care for the animals they treat. They go the extra mile and I love them all for loving our goofy Newfie!
