I boarded my two dogs there over the holidays. When I came back to get them one of the dogs collar was missing. They never refunded me for it. Then two days after they left the boarding facility they came down with kennel cough. They charged me 44$ for the medication and said that I had signed a waver for the kennel cough before boarding them. They had both had the vaccine before boarding. I asked for a refund for my dogs collar they said they were doing me a favor by giving me a discount on the medication. I’ll never use them again for anything.

I want to thank the Spanish Trial Vet office for boarding our 2 pitbulls when we evacuated New Orleans for Ida. We had a place to go in Destin but most places would not take 2 large breed dogs and/or pitbulls. Everyone here was so friendly and compassionate. It was a comfort to know our dogs were safe and well taken care of. It's also a relief to know we have some place to take them again if we have to evacuate. Thank you again for your help!

Long story short - brought my kitty in to be treated for a flea infestation. She had been gnawing at her skin & was bleeding and I needed help getting her fixed up so her skin wouldn't hurt so bad. They gave her capstar which I could have done myself. I wanted them to do something for her skin irritation and sores. They sent her home bloody and filthy and still had fleas. I will not be returning to this vet ever again and I've been using them for over a year and a half. $

We recently switched over to Spanish Trail, and couldn’t be happier! Liz, Jessica, and staff were amazing with Charlie our Weimaraner and made every single part of his checkup comfortable and put him at ease. Everything was done in room and even checkout was a breeze. Next up we are bringing Bailey our Bichon-poodle! Happy to join the Spanish Trail family, and highly recommend everyone else do the same!

We had to say goodbye to our dear Raven today, and this very office went above and beyond... they were very kind and soft toned on the phone with me, even when I was very long winded and clearly crying while explaining that it was time, I was never rushed and never felt like I was taking too much time. We didn't spend a second in the waiting room, they had a room ready for us with a pallet already ready for my husband to lay her down on, we didn't have to sit out front emotio

I took both my cats to this vet for approximately two years while living in Pensacola. I brought in my cat Evie for inappropriate urination issues. I was told multiple times that this was a "behavioral issue" and spent hundreds of dollars on vet visits, changing litter, getting new litter boxes, etc until finally Dr. Tringas informed me that Evie had "anxiety" and recommended putting her on Prozac. The urination stopped for a time but then continued. I took Evie to a new vet in Tampa who diagnosed Evie with struvite crystals in her urine, recommended a dietary change, and said that Evie could likely come off the Prozac because her urinary problems were not caused by anxiety at all. I am extremely angry and upset that my cat has been in pain all this time and she misdiagnosed on multiple occasions.

This place is fantastic! Last week I adopted a 4 month old Min Pin/Chihuahua mix from an animal shelter and brought him here today for a general check up. Everyone I encountered from the lady at the front desk, the tech, and the vet herself were so extremely pleasant and fantastic to deal with. The legit cared about my puppy and only wanted what was best for him. This vet clinic is amazing, you will find none better in the Pensacola area!
