I have used the PetVet for years for its ease convenience and kind staff. There was a new way of doing things, a new procedure of checking in which was NOT communicated as you walked in or up by any staff member. The vet staff were constantly directing people as what they had to just to sign in...a visit that normally took me 45 minutes to an hour...took 2.5 hours before I was called. It was a bit annoying stressful and unorganized...not only for the people waiting but for the animals. The vet was aggravated that people weren't going by the new procedure...but it wasn't communicated to anyone walking in that something changed on how we do things. Sorry I will not put my dog through that again. Many of us talking in line decided that maybe we would be better off paying our vet that extra amount.

This was my first time bringing my dog to the pet vet clinic at Tractor Supply. I love the convenience of this service and it’s close to my location. Everyone associated with the clinic was very professional and friendly. Loved this experience and will definitely use the service again.

My dog has went to pace vet since 8 weeks old got everything as a puppy to be healthy an again at 1 year mark an now for his 2nd year decided to give the clinic at tractor supply on 9 mile Rd due to hearing such good things but let me say I did not like how the vet doctor did not use gloves nor did she clean her hands after touching a dog with a skin issue bare hands an then pick up the medicine for the next dog only sprayed down bed but no gloves no washing hands no cleaning hands an now my dog has never showed any signs of bad reactions to anything an now for the first time my dog is shaking trembling vomiting an just unwell I will not use this clinic ever again due to not clean an doctor does not sanitize properly nor does the one helping this doctor so beware cause now I am having to spend more money due to them not being a real vet that was the whole point to save money so beware you might as well go to a real local vet cause if you go here an something happens your going to spend more money by having to go to another vet to help your baby cause you can't go back here an also they rush rush rush you an don't even do the fecal test right then they have you take tube home an do it an after I paid for the full package I don't even get the medicine I wanted they push other medicine on me an the girl tells me I can threw the tube away if I wanted to telling me I don't have to do the fecal test so it makes me wonder is it really going to get done hello why would I pay for something an then not do it kinda of stupid if you ask me just not a professional an clean environment an the doctor an her assistance is not knowledgeable regarding the spread of disease an how important it is to sanitize properly an wear gloves especially when you are seeing one animal after Anthor I wouldn't be surprised if they have given wrong vaccines

You need to take the time to update your hours on Google. It was a huge inconvenience to plan for my dog to get his shots, only to be turned away because you didn’t do something as simple as updating your hours.

Tried to use on line RX. Nightmare. Took 5 trys to place the order. They have great prices. Placéd order a month goes by no HWPills. Call I have to send in script. 1st time mentioned. Send in 2 weeks more. I sent signed reciet..gave up cancel order. .now I don't trust them enough. I'm checking credit card all the time. Oh and trer call center is in Mexico. No thank you

Employees are always eager to give advice and most seem to be very knowledgeable on the products carried. The delivery option is great. Every delivery has went very smoothly (shout to Laila). This is my favorite place to shop. They seem to have everything I need!
