Had a great experience getting a sports massage from James 3 days after a marathon. My body felt significantly better and I think it helped speed my recovery. I'll certainly be back in the future.

Just WOW! I chose to reach out to James after doing a lot of research on the best licensed massage therapists in the Pensacola area. His experience and reviews definitely stood out from others in the area. I am so thankful that I found him.My session with James was like no other experience. I have had hundreds of messages with many different types of masseuses. This was both therapeutic and relaxing. I have seen him more than once and am beyond impressed with his abilities. I would recommend him to anyone who is experiencing pain or discomfort or even just looking for relaxation!

Very knowledgeable LMT. He did a great job explaining things, listening to my issues, then working through different ranges of motion while digging in on the sports massage. He was great about communicating about the pressure and if he was hitting the right spots that were painful. Would highly recommend James for sports or deep tissue massage!
